Cooking at the villa
You can eat in the garden “al fresco” with a lovely view and a cook will prepare genuine dishes for you.
If you want to have a pool party, you wish to celebrate your birthday or any other occasion have some live music too!
A great duo will play all kinds of music from the 70's and 80's. You can also choose from a wide range of rythms for dancing. Background music to liven up your happy hour, your dinner and afterwards. (€ 150,00).
You can choose from two menus ( 48 hours before the dinner ):
TUSCAN DINNER:
Have a typical Tuscan dinner. Choose two dishes from the starters and one dish from the other courses. Chianti wine is included !
€ 28,00 each (aperitif included) – children only pay € 14.00
If you want to be waited on and everything cleared away afterwards, it will be € 70.00 more.

STARTERS (ANTIPASTI):
- ham and rock-melon (prosciutto e melone)
- Affettati misti, crostini toscani & olive ( ham, salami, etc with Tuscan crostini and olives )
- crostini with anchovies and mozzarella cheese (crostoni mozzarella e acciughe)
- Selezione di formaggi toscani con salse ( selection of Tuscan cheeses with honey & marmalades )
FIRST COURSE (PRIMI PIATTI):
- Pasta al pomodoro fresco e basilico ( pasta with fresh tomatoes and basil)
- Pasta al ragù ( pasta with homemade meat sauce )
- Spaghetti alle vongole ( spaghetti with vongole )
- Panzanella ( bread, tomatoes, cucumber, celery, onion, basil , olive oil and vinegar – to eat cold )
- Insalata di riso ( cold rice salad )
- Zuppa di ceci e gamberi ( shrimp and chickpea soup with croutons )
- Pappa al pomodoro ( bread, tomatoes, onions, garlic, basil – cooked together )
SECOND COURSE (SECONDI PIATTI):
- Pollo arrosto con patate ( roast chicken with roast potatoes )
- Pollo o coniglio alle olive ( chicken or rabbit with olives )
- Fagioli all’uccelletto ( beans with tomato sauce and Tuscan sausages )
- Rosticciana con rape al tegame ( spare ribs cooked with greens )
- Arista al latte ( pork coocked in milk, sage and garlic )
SIDE DISHES (CONTORNI) :
- Patate arrosto ( roast potatoes )
- Insalata ( salad )
- Pinzimonio ( platter of fresh vegetables, radishes, arti chokes, fennel, carrots, celery, etc. dipped in Tuscan olive oil with salt and pepper )
DESSERT (DOLCI):
- Tiramisù caffè o fragola ( sweet made with cream, biscuits, chocolate and coffee or strawbeery )
- Gelato con salsa ai frutti di bosco ( icecream with hot wildberry sauce )

PRICE:
For up to ten people € 150,00 + shopping list (food and wine on request) + € 12,00 for each extra person ; this means that the table is set and the kitchen cleaned, so you can have the meal at the time you wish.
