Weekly Summer tariff 2011
From the 23rd of April to the 29th of October the villa is rented as one unit.

Weekly and daily Winter tariff 2011/2012
From the 8th of January to the 23rd of April and from the 29th of October to the 24th of December 2011) the villa can be divided into two parts ( A and B) and can be rented as well as weekly as daily (minimum 3 days) at the following prices:
A + B: the total Villa, the way it is for the Summer period, at € 2.800 per week - € 600 daily
A: the bigger part of the Villa: 9/11 people, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathroms, a billiard room etc...at € 1.700 per week - € 400 daily
B: the smaller part of the Villa. 6 people, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, etc... at € 1.100 per week - € 250 daily
The cost of the electricity consumption, in the winter period, is included in the tariff.
Regarding the heating, to be paid, a normal weekly consumption goes from 150 to 250 € for part A and from 100 to 200 € for part B.
Temperature can be regulated room by room and each part (A and B) of the villa has its own consumption counter.
For the Christmas period (from the 24th of December 2011 to the 9th of January 2012) the prices are:
A + B: € 3.800 per week - € 890 daily
A: € 2.300 per week - € 550 daily
B: € 1.500 per week - € 800 daily
